Location and room size

Hotel was under maintenance, breakfast was not good. Our electrical switches were mixed up in room and fridge was not working.

I have to go for my infusions in Kyle since there is not a facility near me to get them done. I have to go once a month for 2 days. They are very nice and understanding. They work with me when it's possible. Anytime I need anything they are willing to help. Amazing customer service.

I didn't like that every time I've been there the pool looks nasty. I was at least hoping to use the pool but pool is cloudy and looks gross. Hopefully they get a new pool cleaner soon.

The rooms were at least clean, smelled kind of old and musky but clean. Desk staff was friendly and helpful as we needed more towels for trh swimming pool.
