Hotel Hacienda Don Juan

Una joya en Chiapas Mi estancia en esta hacienda fue excelente. El lugar es hermoso, con arquitectura colonial, jardines cuidados y un ambiente tranquilo que invita al descanso. La atención del personal fue cálida y profesional. La habitación, cómoda y decorada con gran gusto. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver. ¡Muy recomendable!

Me gusto mucho y las habitaciones son amplias

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias, sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Esta precioso el hotel es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, lo que no me gustó fue q se escuchaba absolutamente toda la platica de las habitaciones, muy temprano el ruido de todo mundo

Su antigüedad y naturaleza muy bonito lo recomiendo, excepto los colchones estas duros....

Es una propiedad muy limpia, con estilo rústico, excelente atención por el personal. Es funcional, las habitaciones son amplias. El área no suele tener ruido pero ya es una zona bastante alejada de las zonas principales de la ciudad y por las noches el transporte es limitado.

Se encuentra en lugar alejado del centro, pero con accesos faciles Es lindo el lugar

We came with my personal car but if you don't have a vehicle you need a taxi or public transport in order to visit the town. The hotel is actually a colonial house, everything is original and beautiful except some really annoying details.... - There's absolutely no desk/table in rooms, if you need to work there's no way you can work efficiently it is just a bed, and a closet for make up but there's no way to work in the rooms... - The room we stayed (room number #2), had only 2 plug sockets which is also inconvenient. - There's no coffee maker in the rooms. - They lack employees, the restaurant is only open in the morning and thursday, friday, saturday and sunday they open from 6pm to 10pm at night where you can finally drink some coffee. Everything is low quality.... They use the cheapest soap the cheapest bed covers, towels... How can you give torn away towels to your guests? I met the owner of the hotel but I was working so I didn't have chance to tell him these things but in any case he doesn't seem to be caring at all... And I also saw him treating bad to his employees... If I cannot get room service or at least find some basic things like coffee, water.... What's the point of statying in a hotel? I could also stay in my car...

Un lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo al 100 por 💯 el personal realmente atento a lo q ocupes
