This hotel is in a great area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice complimentary breakfast, spacious rooms. Overall the property needs a good deep cleaning and some upgrading especially with plumbing.

The property was clean and conveniently located to the event. The staff was very helpful making our stay enjoyable.

Area with Pleasant delicious breakfast nice housekeeping, but customer service at the front desk they have a zero Talent of communication with staff workers and manager.

What happened I lost my keys on afriday night returning for returning from a vent and a person turned them in at the front desk but they kept saying they wasn't there then the next morning Saturday it was another person that I kept asking them to look for my keys and then the guy finally came out and asked me did I get my keys and I said no the lady said that the front desk you didn't have them so the guy wouldn't talk to him they came out with my keys and in my heart I feel like they should reimburse me for $350 for not giving my keys back to me when I first asked and someone turned it into the front desk and I kept asking the customer service and plus he was a manager kept saying nobody turned my keys in but it was on a Friday night. Very disappointed with our customer service

Excellent check in. Greeted well, great service. The room was big, bed was comfortable. However, walls were paper thin. Could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms as well as room abovez

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our small dog while visiting family. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and recommend the place. The staff was great. The facility is decent. To me it seems the staff is making the best of maybe having scarce staff and resources. The bathroom and room were clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Sheets clean. Plenty of tv stations including some on demand channels. The bathroom had pump bottles for body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The hair dryer, microwave, and fridge worked well. We had exactly two sets of towels. We could have used one set more. We had one waning roll of toilet paper and went to the front desk to get another. We were on the first floor since we had the dog. There was a tiny patio but it was barred in from the grass, plus I couldn’t figure out how to open the sliding door. There is a decent amount of grass for the dog to explore, more on the backside out toward the pool; but it is on a hill. (Everything on that area is on a hill! There is a McDonalds’s and Longhorn visible out of the hotel’s front door; but they are down then up steep hills! Walking to them seemed prohibitive. Driving to them is no problem. My favorite part of the area is the huge Meijer across the way, in case you forgot or need anything.) Out back of the hotel are two small grills with accompanying picnic tables. It’s kind of cute. The grounds are a bit unkempt but not offensive. The pool was looking good and in working order (4ft to 8 or 9 ft). Breakfast choices are limited but not bad - folded egg, turkey sausage, biscuit, oatmeal, cinnamon buns or hot waffles, coffee, juices, and some older looking bananas /apples.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager EJ was very cooperative in every way. Will be back next year I truly enjoy our stay

Disappointed the pool was closed hundred degrees outside and the pool was closed very disappointed
