The holiday Inn express I’ve been to others was not that good if all the holiday Inn express was like this one i rate them all but this one was 200% great

The hotel all in all was good. I had issues when we got there to check in and was told I couldn't use the card I used TO BOOK the hotel. Since it's chime. I had all the money on that card from family where they paid their part of the room. Chime was the only card I had so would have been nice to know before I got there. My brother in-law then had to use his credit card (that we weren't wanting to us) to pay for it. If we hadn't of been traveling with family I guess they just weren't going to give us our room???
