Comfortable beds and really nice bathroom. Hot breakfast. Nice decor throughout!

Our check in was fine, but the waiting 2 hours for someone to come work the front desk was ridiculous. When we arrived the front desk person was apparently in a room with the police. I feel like they could have called someone in to cover for them.

This hotel was conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Atlanta airport, with plenty of free parking available. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a variety of cold and hot foods. We had no issues with our stay and would recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early or late flight.

Making a hotel reservation through Southwest Hotels was the worst decision I’ve ever made. It seemed convenient to book a hotel right after securing my flight with Southwest and earn rewards, but all I got was a nightmare! When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk couldn’t find my reservation. I called Southwest Hotels, and after 30 frustrating minutes on the phone, they gave me three different reservation codes—none of which worked. With no vacancies at that hotel, I had to scramble to find another place to stay for the night. The next day, I received an email saying they needed 24 to 48 hours to investigate. After multiple calls and emails over 15 days, they claimed I had canceled my reservation and refused to issue a refund because it was “non-refundable.” Their customer service is beyond terrible—unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely useless. They promise callbacks and emails that never come. I don’t understand why Southwest Airlines allows this third-party service to use their name. Save yourself the headache and book your hotel elsewhere!

I like that the property is easily accessible to I-85 and that it is clean. The breakfast is decent and the attendant is friendly and accommodating.

We came into town to visit my n laws. We usually stay down town but we decided to stay closer to her house because we had the kids. The check in process was quick & easy. We orginally booked for one night but we decided to book another one because we loved the hotel. We will be back!

This was the fourth year in a row I have stayed at this hotel, and will stay again on my next trip. It's always clean, and so easy to deal with. Great folks.
