The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The outside had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Sofabed was sqeaky and uncomfortable

The day of my reservation they called Me to tell my booking was canceled due to where I reside- I booked this about a month ago and it would have been appropriate to notify me ahead of time. I don’t know if they run your information and make a decision based on how you present but I had another woman tell me they did the same Thing to her. For booking purposes, for Rock Hill residents it should be something to prevent the booking on any third party website to alleviate a potential inconvenience.

"Don’t go"

The room smelled horrible, wasn’t very clean and it wasn’t the room I reserved. Although the guy who checked us in was great and helped us with a freezer

"Horrible customer service manager is a thief"

We were working a night shift they never gave us room service. They never even knocked on our door to see if we needed new bedding or new lines. Then I had a package that was supposed to be delivered there and it said it was signed for and the manager said she hasn’t seen it so she must’ve took it home with her because UPS said they dropped it off at the front desk and the manager sign for it Now I haven’t investigation going on with that
