Amazing location.

Only reason we chose hotel was for updated clean looking rooms and pool. The pictures lied. The sheets are dingy and there is no pool.

"Very Unhappy Mother’s Cancellation!"

I am so angry now!!! 🤬. I just receive a phone call from the Wyvern Hotel (Perch Restaurant), canceling my 11am Mother’s Day Reservation. I was told a lame excuse, that they were cancelling 11am reservations due to the floor plan layout! I’ll try to schedule another “special event” day with this Hotel again!!!

We only stayed one night because when we booked it on line it said they had a pool. But because of the last few hurricanes the roof top pool had to be removed,so there is no pool and there aren't any laundry facilities for guests also. I did know that they did not include breakfast but that was fine with us. All in all the room very modern old school upscale finishers. The hotel is well maintained and quite high end ,also the roof top bar and restaurant beautiful are wonderful. The steak house has a prime rib special on Thursday's which we will be going to tomarrow even though we switched hotels. All in all very nice and we enjoyed our night there.

That when you book through a third party like booking. com it says roof top pool still.
