Nice resort style village, good breakfast, good place for a day stopover. Nice pools and gym

The staff: - Checked into our room late after a delayed flight, found ants/mites crawling on every surface - Reception team very unhelpful (dismissive, reluctant to give a new room, or generally do anything?) - Having booked a king deluxe their eventual solution was to offer a basic twin - After much back and forth they put us in an ‘executive’ room, but as it ticked onto 1am, desperate to sleep, the manager took 20 mins to remove the ‘executive’ elements in the room (truffles etc) All in all bizarre and frustrating. The unwarranted rudeness tainted the rest of the stay, which is a shame given the above good things and other good reviews on the service New room was fine - did have some staining on the headboard and bedding but beyond that was very nice
