"great. with the splash pool for kid and kids club."

breakfast was great and the is also tea tarik live session with 4 different flavour. there are also multiracial food and pastry section. the waffle with maple syrup was good. kids section also good with popcorn chicken, ice cream and many more which my kids really enjoy it

the complimentary cookies was good, but it is already cold and not warm. i believe cookies should be warm. and also for the validation of parking ticket which i thought it was free but RM 3 and RM 10 was charge to my card base on the card statement. It should be free parking as we pay for the price of 5 star hotel.

1、早餐表现较好 早餐种类丰富，涵盖中餐、马来餐、印度餐和西式选择，整体口味也不错，是本次入住体验中比较加分的部分。 2、泳池设施适合亲子家庭 酒店有多个泳池，孩子玩得非常开心，整体亲子娱乐体验不错。

1、入住安排与沟通效率 预订信息显示下午4点可入住，但我们4点抵达后房间仍未准备好，现场等待约一小时。建议酒店如遇延迟，可提前通过电话或 WhatsApp 通知客人。 2、Check-in 引导服务不足 酒店在 checkout 时可提供行李协助，但 check-in 阶段更需要这类服务，尤其对亲子家庭而言，可减少找房间和搬运行李的不便。 3、浴室排水/防水体验欠佳 洗澡后浴室地面容易积水，影响使用体验，建议检查花洒水压、挡水设计及浴室防滑安全。 4、泳池浴巾补充不及时 高峰期公共浴巾很快用完，现场也较难找到工作人员补充。 5、餐厅清洁细节需加强 早餐入座后发现桌椅未清洁干净，仍有酱料痕迹。

The room was big enough for 3. AC was ok, clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable. We liked the cozyness of the room.

Lots of mosquitos, bugs. We understand that our room was near to kids pool. But the management should have done some clean up. The signs were not clear. Not much assitance with bags.
