Clean room and property (for the most part). Front desk staff were exceptional (both the one in the daytime that checked us in and attended to us the next morning, as well as the one who attended to us at night). Indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. Swim area was clean. Gym was well-stocked and clean. Water pressure in shower (Room 323) was great. Beds (including the rollaway) were very comfortable. Parking was good. Property is "off the beaten path", which we prefer.

Someone spilled raisins on the floor of elevator #2. Housekeeping staff vacuumed some of it, but most of it was still there 24 hours later, shoved against the walls. No hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers we saw. Two settings for shower temperature in Room 323: scalding and ice cold, no matter how much the dial was adjusted. Two of three bottles of shower supplies fell off of the wall - one while we were sleeping, which scared us all awake.Breakfast was minimal. I've never before seen such limited selections at a Homewood Suites. The eggs were (literally) ice cold. Staff changed the warmer plug and fixed this issue once I mentioned it, but they obviously weren't checking on the food before I said something. Three breakfast staff members were (again, literally) screaming at one another. Everyone in the dining area could hear every word of the argument. The front desk staff member on duty immediately put a stop it as soon as I made her aware of the issue. Plastic bag holding extra bedding in Room 323 was badly ripped and needs replacement.

The room and property is very clean and modern, nice breakfast, wonderful warm pool and jacuzzi with clean towels and water bottles, fitness room is nice, spacious room, windows that open. We had to leave earlier than expected and staff were so sweet about it and didn’t charge us. Will definitely stay another time. Nice, quiet area, close to downtown, no busy casinos around.

Bed was comfortable, there were bottled waters in the room. Location is nice and quiet.

Hot tub was not working and that was the main reason for my staying at a very nice hotel. 🥺

Crystal is so friendly, accommodating, and professional. She is definitely an asset to this facility. I want to keep her for a granddaughter. Room was very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. Breakfast had many options to select from. Tasty bacon, eggs, potatoes, breads, fresh fruit, and cereals. Business center and conference rooms are available.

Overall the hotel is ok and probably up to a typical Homewood, but for over $200 you’ve got to be kidding me. I know it’s a new world,they can’t hire, inflation, etc etc. but when is enough enough? For me now. I’m on a road vacation and honestly trimmed several nights off because I’m not paying $200 plus for a $ 120 room. What’s top 2 things in a hotel? Hot shower and comfortable bed. Honestly I got neither here. Especially at the price. Shower temp is barely tolerable and not to safe health standards. Bed was ok but road noise was pretty bad. Ask for room away from freeway. Staff was hard to figure out. Nice enough but really weren’t much help. Arrived at 3:15 and they didn’t have a clue if rooms were ready. Finally someone walked up to room to check and came back about 10 minutes later to say it was. A 20 minute wait just to check in well past normal check in time. Is it only me? Wasn’t check in previously 2pm? Now it’s 3? And again rooms are much more expensive? Also is room truly clean and ready after all of that confusion? Trash and dirty linens left in hallways in the morning? Breakfast is ok but staff chit chat in kitchen with no coffee? Realize we can hear you in the eating area. Anyway I can go on but I feel it’s time we remind hotels there are still CUSTOMERS paying for a stay and if you’re going to charge a ridiculous price you better overwhelm us with service.

This hotel was clean, breakfast was well stocked. Easy location.

Location was good for what we were doing.

Card readers failed every day. Horrible water pressure. Completely lost one day while brushing teeth and then was brown when came back on.

Was clean, spacious and I was very happy with the comfort of the room

Most of the staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable. My kids and I utilized the indoor pool and had fun.

The rackets and balls that were out at the basketball court needed to be updated. Rackets and soccer ball were falling apart. Needs repairs on the baseboards in the hallway., and maybe a different color paint on the door. All the finger prints stick to the paint making it look dirty. I felt the price was a bit high compared to some other hotel rates after I visited some other newly renovated properties that were cheaper.
