TownePlace Suites by Marriott Reno

Great location for my travel and expansive breakfast. Rooms were big with a kitchen and full size fridge. I wish the thermostats could be adjusted to a lower temperature. All in all, a decent stay.

Spa was not working

The breakfast was great, different options daily. Room was clean and staff was attentive when asked for assistance

The Hot tub did not work, and the pool was not heated as expected. Finishing up a long day of outdoor activities in the winter, would of been nice to end with dip into the pool/hot tub

The hotel staff was very nice, while the property condition seemed to be reasonable, there was no hot water in the room, we ran 10 minutes shower, the water temperature was still mild.

Everything was great.

Nice stay

We booked this hotel because American Express was running a two-for-one promotion when you transferred their points to Hilton, so it was an upgrade over what we would normally book. This hotel is in a more corporate area, not near busy/loud restaurants, bars, etc. but at the same time it is convenient to all that. There is high-end shopping nearby too. You do hear airport noise but that's because it is only ten minutes from there and the tradeoff was well worth it since we had an early morning flight. Anita at the front desk is outstanding at making guests feel welcome and valued. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Reno.
