Was dissappointed for an 8.8 rating. We booked the accesible room in error. Shower handle, to turn on water, spun around & around. Huge cracks in tile. Not kidding...took 8 minutes to get any hot water. Handicap shower seat would not stay up. The blanket under the bedspread was a bed skirt. Flat in the middle and had silky sides. The stay was dissappointing and we won't be back. If nothing else, the bathroom should be repaired for safety.

Good location if you want to save money. But you get what you pay for.

Our stay was going fine until Dave at front desk ruined it by yelling at us because our 1 year old was crying. We were in the front lobby, not really disturbing anyone as there was no one around at the time (around 10:30 AM); and she was crying because we were trying to put snow shoes on her. Well, no parents love hearing their child cry and we were doing all we can to calm her down. Dave comes out of his office (he wasn't even at the desk at the time, no one was at the desk) and yells at us telling us to basically shut up as "people are trying to work back there". It was extremely rude and honestly felt a little racist. He should not be working in the service industry, with such a sour attitude. On top of this, we were not provided room service during our 2 night stay there as "we did not meet the cutoff for requesting it" in Dave's words. It was just a bad stay and I urge people to book some other hotel if you visit this location.

Room was nice and clean. Hotel a little dated, cosmetically could use a facelift. Breakfast was average and hot water issue in room. Got the room at a discounted price, but if I paid full price it would not have been worth the money.

Many good things: full size refrigerator, cooktop, couch, desk, dining table. But the chairs for the desk and dining table were old and uncomfortable.

I had reserved a suite for my family two months prior to our stay. Upon my on-time check in, I was first told by Rosario that there was a "systems issue" and that my room was no loner available. Come to find out they actually had a party in the room that simply wanted to extend their stay. There was no apology, or any real ownership of the mistake. Very poor customer service. I am a long time Hilton member and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Stayed here with a family of four for two nights. The location is convenient, but the rooms felt cramped. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming—limited options and not worth the price. Service was basic. Parking was frustrating; valet took 20–30 minutes to retrieve the car, and the area was always crowded. Based on what I heard from fellow travelers, the Hyatt Regency next door offers a better overall experience—more comfort, better value, and smoother service.

1st time staying at Homewood Suites and enjoyed are stay very much. We already booked another stay in LA.
