Really lovely check in and breakfast. Nice pool and workout room. We only stayed one night but could see how it would be comfortable for longer stays with full kitchen etc. My only note would to be to dust a bit more often. The fan blades and light fixtures "chandelier" were quite visibly dusty.

Disappointing. Had a few problems and different desk staff gave conflictng info. Shower curtain completely tore and bath floor flooded. No room service for 3 days and originally told we would get room service next day.Next day told no service. Pillows lumpy in areas and flat in others.

Excellent breakfast service. However the swimming pool was so cold as to make it unusable.

I stayed here just the one night, in a gigantic suite( not sure why it was allocated to one person), 2 bedrooms, 3 large beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with utensils, microwave and big refrigerator. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, no complaints. A little bit of traffic noise, but not much. I used the pool and spa. There is also a small fitness room. The included breakfast was disappointing. There were limited hot food choices, not much fruit and otherwise basic cold choices. Front desk staff were good. It is close to the airport, to drive or $25 taxi fare, no shuttle.

The location is very convenient and excellent for getting around. We stayed for 6 nights, but housekeeping never came. On the third day, we saw a housekeeper once and asked for assistance. She mentioned that only two people were responsible for all the rooms, so they were very busy. We only received towels and toilet paper. After that, although it was stated that housekeeping would come every other day, there was no sign of anyone coming. On the morning of the fifth day, I informed the front desk that housekeeping hadn’t come, and they asked for our room number and said they would notify housekeeping. However, when we returned to our room in the evening, nothing had been cleaned or refreshed. I went back to the front desk to request towels, explaining that housekeeping hadn’t come. The female staff member told us that rooms were cleaned every other day and asked when they last came, showing no sign of an apology even when I mentioned that no one had come. In the end, housekeeping never came during our entire stay. To make matters worse, the room’s carpet, with its dark pattern, made it hard to see, but there was a significant ant infestation, so we couldn’t place our luggage on the floor. It’s puzzling that other reviews haven’t mentioned this issue. I generally like Hilton Hotels and always choose to stay at Hilton properties when I travel, but this was the first time I experienced something like this. I’m not so much angry as I am disappointed. Before this trip, I achieved Diamond status and was really looking forward to our stay, but this experience highlighted a significant gap between the communication among hotel staff, the housekeeping, and the service promised to Hilton members on the website. I believe this situation indicates a need for staff re-training.

Located in a nice business park that is quite at night. The building and amenities were new and clean.

“Continental breakfast” was very much lacking. There were only two options, one of which was cold by 7:30 AM. No fresh fruit or juice. No milk left out for cereal or oatmeal. This is a standard amenity for similar business style suites in the area. The TV was also on the fritz for most of the evening as well.

My room was spacious but needed updating. The bathroom sink had a few cracks in it. Everything felt kind of old including the elevator which was creaky and unstable. The breakfast and the staff working it were horrendous. The worst I have ever seen at a Homewood Suites! One of the trays of food was full of cold sausage patties and breakfast sandwiches (straight from the refrigerator). The staff didn't bother heating any of it. Everything else was sparse - no bananas or fresh fruit, no toppings for oatmeal (instant), etc. I think the going rate for the room was $400+. Significantly below expectations and a poor value. This really did not seem like a Homewood Suites.

We were passing through on our way home and needed a dog friendly hotel. This was our first time staying here, but I found the hotel lacking. Our room wasn't very clean (dirt in the corners of the bathroom floors, carpets in and outside our room in dire need of vacuuming and when we sat outside to eat breakfast, the trellis above the BBQ was thick with dirt and cobwebs. The "included breakfast" from 6-9 was lacking. When we got there around 7:45 a.m., there were no bowls for cereal, no clean spoons, the hot food was almost gone and didn't get replenished. It was just lacking. We usually stay at Hyatt but decided to try this place. We will go back to Hyatt hotels in the future.
