Nowhere to go to eat in the vicinity beyond the hotel. Hotel took us hours to locate, hindered by poor map in Best Western book. Some dishes in restaurant were poor quality - plats du jour eg no lean meat in lamb cutlets, poor quality risotto. Hotel info inaccurate - there was no cold drink machine so we had to buy at bar as we didn't bring cans or bottles of soft drink. Wish we'd stayed at the Best Western in Aix (Le Galice?)

Wifi was down, but otherwise great. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor hot tub, sauna and exercise room.

Very clean & spacious

Very clean and well maintained facilities with excellent customer service. If you're a lady, do not forget your shower cap though as none was provided. Location is not convenient if you do not have a car and must go to town often. It'll be useful for hotel to consider a shuttle service to town as taxi cost is a bit steep. Overall, a very good hotel for a quiet getaway!

Hotel and staff are good. Myself, I like a hotel which is convenient for going out for stroll to some interesting place. This hotel doesn't fit that bill. Had a banging sound all night in the room, don't know if it was the fridge, air-con, or what.

Room was nice felt new still, staff friendly, location may be a problem but we were just passing thru so it was fine for us. Ask for a room on the back the front is on the road.

This hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Rarely can find such condition in Europe. Considering the price of room, it is a gem. Staff are very friendly. Only consideration is the location, it is 10 mins drive away from city centre, and it seems to be in a new district that there is nothing around, so you must have a car. Good thing is free parking.

Excellent business type hotel, residential area very quiet. Not really very convenient for working in Aix but excellent if in the area. Very clean, pleasant staff. A little hard to find, and a little noisy on front of hotel if you like to keep the window open Would recommend.

Clean hotel Far from Aix in other words a 15minute drive. So you need car. Pool was freezing cold and very noisy because near main road. Rooms were clean, just wish we could have found a hotel closer to town but they were all booked. Breakfast really not all that good. Bakery in town has delicious bread go there for breakfast.
