On nous a conseillé un restaurant franchisé par le cuisinier Philippe Etchebest (Bistro Régent, à Aix-en-Provence). Nous avons été très déçu (viande servie avec beaucoup de nerf). Rapport qualité prix : beaucoup trop cher. Durant les 3 semaines de notre voyage, c'est l'endroit où nous avons le plus mal mangé. Très très décevant.

Fantastic. We wanted to explore Provence and this hotel is ideally situated about 10 minutes drive from Aix itself. Not too busy, (some days there was no one else around the pool but us!) it's clean, the breakfasts are great and the beds comfy. Best of all the staff are superb, smiley, helpful and all beautiful. Thanks to the lovely Gaelle for the advise on local villages to visit and to Alex and Marie for answering all of our other questions. We'd recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.
