Location is great. Staff was also great - very professional, approachable and on point.

Room was a bit deteriorated with debatable cleanliness. Limited toiletries in the room and no utensils in the kitchen. Low value for money.

Hotel położony w świetnej lokalizacji — blisko centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji. Pokoje czyste i komfortowe, a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Dobre śniadania.

Jedynym minusem pobytu była temperatura w pokoju — było bardzo zimno, co obniżyło komfort wypoczynku. Ogrzewanie działało niewystarczająco i szczególnie wieczorem było to odczuwalne. Poza tym pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.

Breakfast was good! I appreciated the extra room with a desk, sofa and TV.

The only thing that could have been better is having real dishes in the kitchenette. I was preparing for a hospital procedure and needed to prepare some special food. I would have appreciated a few plates, bowls, a large bowl and pitchers for water. I ended up using the ice bucket to make jello!

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hot/cold breakfast selection was very good. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a slight odor in the hallway. The closet door was a little loose and fell off the tracks but not really a big issue. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
