To small bathroom

The bed was made but clearly not cleaned as there was a lot of body hair in between the sheets. We went and bought sheets and a blanket to sleep with. When we returned I went to take a shower and then noticed the same issue, hair everywhere and also soap residue on the shelf so I knew it definitely wasn't washed before we arrived. Now I called to make a complaint. The person I spoke with was apologetic and offered to refund our money, said someone would call us in the morning to take care of that. Next day no one called. I called the same person and asked if they could clean the shower so we could use it, he said they would. We left for the day and we returned to same shower with hair. They changed the bedding, but we just used our stuff for the last night. They never got back to us about the refund. I'm not going to bother them about it, I'll just give my review as it was. Unfortunately we didn't take pics of the bed sheets, but you can see enough in the shower pics.

I can't speak about the staff, as we never really interacted with them in person. They were quick to respond through text, however, and were very pleasant in that regard. The property and grounds are very nice, and the backyard area is very picturesque. The location was great and made it easy to get to the shops, trails, the Kanc, etc. I liked that we had access to the office area for extras and snacks.

The room was nice and clean, but a bit crowded, which made it difficult to store things. The bathroom is also very small, with limited room and counter space. Having said that, the price is very reasonable and it is fine for a short stay. The biggest concern for me personally was that there was no exhaust in the bathroom, so when you showered, it became very steamy and humid, which made the room hot. In my opinion, the a/c unit is old and needs updating. It did not cool the room well enough, especially with the humidity from the bathroom. Luckily, we brought our own fan, or we would not have slept well. For those thinking that we could just open the windows, we were on the ground floor right next to the office and backing up to the patio. If we opened the windows, we would have had to leave the blinds open, and that was a big no with all of the people walking by. The place overall was nice for the price and we would stay again, just be prepared if it is in the warmer months.

No breakfast location fine not a place for a person with a handicap or blind paid for 3 nights huge waste of money

The location was perfect and the rooms were very cute

The smell of the cleaner they used was very strong

WORSE BED I EVE SLEEP ON mattress was hard as a rock I mean really really stiff and didn't even fit the frame
