Very clean and convenient to town.

The only thing I can think of was the strong deodorizer smell when we first arrived. We opened the window in the bathroom and that helped a bit.

"Comfortable hotel but a little remote from centre of North Conway - car needed."

Lovely little motel. Nice staff. Lovely setting. Comfortable.

We had a room facing the road which was a little noisy. Motel is 'automated' and we were promised a text to tell us the room number but as we had english phones we never got the text. However owners came to see us when we spoke to cleaners so all worked out OK in the end. Motel is remote from North Conway facilities - need a car to get to them as too far to walk.
