Estavam 32 graus no dia do check in e quando cheguei ao quarto estavam 40 graus lá dentro, ar condicionado desligado. Liguei o ar e o quarto não arrefecia. Liguei para a receção e o técnico foi lá ver e disse que ia verificar. Saímos para jantar e quando voltei as 11h da noite tudo estava igual, estava mais quente o quarto do que lá fora. Eu estou grávida , super cansada só queria descansar . Fiz as malas e saí do quarto . Cheguei à receção e reclamei porque mesmo depois de ter pedido um técnico o problema continuava. Esperamos mais de meia hora para ter um novo quarto que quando entramos o ar estava desligado também, ainda esperamos mais meia hora para o quarto arrefecer… resumindo , fiz check in às 17h depois de uma viagem longa que só queria descansar e só me consegui deitar depois da meia noite. Inadmissível , péssimo profissionalismo. Das piores experiências que tive.
