All employers are very nice and helpful. The also are very attentive to all our needs. In special Angel área restaurant, Junior animación, Patricia and Alexander at the guess service , Leticia house keeping, Yoleiza at the bar at the pool. The food service is excellent and everything is very clean.

They should have more entertainment or shows.

The pool is nice. The entertainment staff does their best to entertain the guests. The staff are mostly friendly, but they need more training on hospitality, as some are passive aggressive.

The room was not ready and we have to wait up to 1 hour to be allowed entrance. At the check-in, zero details of the facilities and procedures have been provided, so we have to go back and ask for a proper onboarding process. The mattress is awful. The sink in the bathroom was gross and dirty. In our last night, there was a cockroach on the bed.

No me gustó que no tiene discoteca y en el bar de la playa no tienen bocina con Bluetooth y los tv tampoco tiene YouTube
