They initially gave us the “worst” suite in the resort: no hot water, air conditioning not working, and a balcony at the back with no view. We complained, and the next day we were moved to a fantastic, amazing suite with a pool and sea view, where everything was clean and working perfectly. The bed super comfortable. The best rooms are numbers 4000–5000. The beach, the pool, and the overall resort area were fantastic, and the food was very good, with a great variety and quantity - everything was delicious (except the coffee, no espresso!). We were also able to dine at the nice and cozy restaurants within the resort, which were included in the price we paid. Every evening, the entertainment team organized fun activities. Very kind staff.

Some negative points were the Wi-Fi, which did not work properly, and the room key card system, which sometimes proved to be unreliable.. Another issue was that many guests “reserved” the pool and beach chairs very early in the morning by leaving towels on them, making it difficult to find available sunbeds later in the day. The hotel’s location is also quite remote and isolated, so it is only possible to get around by taxi.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación ,como para luego que estás dentro buscando un lugar donde relajarte te sientas decepcionado y con deseos de irte el mismo día ya que cuando llegas a recepción y te dan las informaciones no son ciertas luego vas a la habitación y está llena de mosquitos sin utensilios la verdad no me gustó la habitación , la comida muy buena pero entiendo que debería ser un hotel con más animación más divertido ya que obtienen tantos clientes deberían invertir en la calidad del hotel completo

Es un abuso pagar tanto dinero pensando pasar unas maravillosa vacaciones y Que todo el personal te habla de una supuesta discoteca que tiene el hotel cuando vas al casino donde se encuentra la discoteca que llegas te disen que no tienes nada incluido a parte de eso tienes que estar mezclado con todo tipo de personas es totalmente un desastre no me gustó el hotel

Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Cependant une équipe d’animation au top, Motion particulière pour Mylena qui est vraiment une personne géniale. L’infrastructure est magnifique et un ensemble d’activité à disposition très complet ! Le bar qui est au niveau du restaurant de la plage était notre sport préféré et les serveurs de jour comme de nuit étaient les meilleurs !!!

Pour le côté négatif quand on est arrivé tout les transat était réservé mais quand on a voulu faire pareil bizarrement nos affaires ont disparu. Quelques petits problèmes rencontrés dans la chambre (une lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas et bain à remous sans la partie remous mdrr)
