Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

Beach and general area, clean and nice. Restaurants in the close by Princess on higher quality than ours.

Room maintenance required, did need to repair the toilet every second day or so. Restaurants closed without information. Sometimes long queue to get a table. "Fight" every morning to get a bachbed and shadow.

Elegante, cómodo y muy práctico. Especialmente; Melanie, Luis, Jazmín y Junior. Aunque todo el personal es muy atento y servicial, estos 4 marcaron la diferencia en nuestra estancia

En realidad, todo fue espectacular

Es un lugar tranquilo, si quieres diversión debes ir al tropical o la bavaro

No me gustó que en ocasiones el personal te atiende mejor si les regalas unos Tips- propinas, sino te miran mal, algunos no todos

The bars, the pool, the food and entertainment

The fan in my room went out and the AC wasn’t blowing cold

Rooms smelt very damp haf to requeat to be moved. First request was denied. Very pleasant manager moved us as we asked to check out.

Damp smell in room. No pool towels when we tried to collect towels. People out at 6.30 am booking sun beds and leaving their towels there all day. Unable to get a bed in you arrive in afternoon. Also only 1 beer in all inclusive which was on draft and very flat.. On pos side most staff were very nice. Food was good. Pool was nice.

Almost EVERYTHING!! I loved the ability to go from one resort to the next at ANY time of the day/night.

I loved the room, but upon arrival we did notice that we did NOT get the 2 level Honeymoon Suite....we ended up with the paying for a Suite we did not recieve....we didn't say anything BECAUSE the place was Beautiful and the staff were very accommodating....we just wanted to start our vacation :) we will return, but we will make sure we get the room we book.
