Il personale è gentile ed accogliente,la posizione è ottima.

Portatevi il bagnoschiuma,il detersivo per le stoviglie e la carta igienica.I materassi sono scomodi come il divano.

Très bon accueil avec du personnel aimable c est appréciable Appartement propre, literie confortable , balcon où nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner Bergheim est un beau village d Alsace C était notre deuxième fois dans cette résidence et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine par manque de temps mais nous reviendrons avec quelques jours de plus

Bergheim est une jolie ville bien située pour découvrir l'Alsace.

Etablissement très vieillissant avec des appartements mal entretenus (carrelage cassé, fuite d'eau dans les toilettes, joints de baignoire noirs et abimés). Appartement donnant sur une route nationale passante ne permettant pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres. L'établissement ne prévient pas de sa situation et ne laisse pas le choix de prendre un appartement plus calme donnant sur le parking. Nous avons demandé de changer d'appartement mais la personne de l'accueil a refusé et nous a simplement répondu que nous allons nous y habituer. Bien évidemment, ce ne fût pas le cas.
