Received a room with space for travel cot as needed. Friendly staff. Decent room, loved the mini closet. Loved the extra plug ins for baby items.

Signage to get to hotel entry is not good. Just says straight - but it is straight and 2 lefts. I asked for travel cot, was not provided or advised that was not available but thankfully I brought my own. Burger ordered from bar had very crunchy bun.

"Great staff, awful bed."

Staff very friendly and welcoming

It was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. The mattress and pillows were rock hard and the duvet was too small for the bed. I woke up throughout the night needing to roll over due to hip, back and neck pain from the bed. I do not suffer from a bad back, but I am sore today after that bed. I left in the morning exhausted from lack of sleep.
