Asked for accessible room. Couldn't have been better. Staff obliging. We arrived just as kitchen about to close but we got a meal. Lady in breakfast room couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful in the morning.

Didn't know the area found it difficult to find the hotel. Didn't seem to be signposted and very tall trees surrounding making it difficult to find the entrance.

Rooms well designed. Small table with seating and iron and ironing board were a great extra feature.

The only mishap was a fire alarm at 7:00am which turned out to be a false alarm no thanks to hotel staff. Unfortunately No staff member at anytime notified anyone that it was a false alarm. Very poor response to the situation.

It was very clean, staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner in the room was operating very noisily and emitting an unpleasant odor when turned on, which made it completely unusable. There was also an issue with the toilet flush it struggled to work properly. I had to press it multiple times and find the exact sweet spot just to get the water to flow. Lastly, charging a parking fee for a 24 hour stay felt completely unreasonable, especially considering there were plenty of available parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

Good location. Very friendly and informative staff at reception. Excellent breakfast, well supervised by the Manager. A great deal at the price we paid.
