"For the money it was tolerable."

The continental breakfast was fantastic.

The facility was dated. Needs cleaned up & the rooms need to be brighter. One lamp did not work. The front desk knew that but didn’t do anything about it. The lamp was actually unplugged I would say as a precaution. The switch was broken. The carpet in the halls needed vacuumed & the carpet just needs cleaned or replaced. Pretty dirty & worn out.

Housekeeping staff was notified that I would need a late check out and was very uncompliant to my wishes. Made me feel like I was a nuisance and so when I left and waited outside for the remainder of time before I could leave the facility, they told me I couldn't sit there and had to find somewhere else to go

"Would never stay here. Ended up leaving the day I checked in."

The room was not clean found what looked like bugs under the mattress. The staff were extremely rude and aggressive.
