"Very disappointed"

Definitely not a 4-star hotel and very disappointing overall. The room is extremely small, leaving barely enough space to move around or even change clothes comfortably.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. The location is excellent, only 15 minutes from the airport. Lunch was delicious, featuring traditional cuisine, and the buffet offers plenty of options. Camili S. K., Front of house staff, welcomed us warmly and kindly arranged an early check-in, upgrading our room as a courtesy. Excellent service and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

I’ve travelled with my sister and her kid and we had booked for a standard room cuz the other ones weren’t available And as per our request Ms Samreen had upgraded us to suite room as a complimentary and it’s a very great thing for us

I have been on a university trip with my friends. The Rooms were excellent. Everything was clean. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent and economical. The staff were very polite. Plaza inn was excellent in every prospect.
