Plaza Inn Hotel

We arrived late for our check in around 12midnight but unfortunately the hotel was overbooked. Sanjay offered us to stay to another hotel which is okay for us but we needed to comeback to Plaza inn hotel early in the morning. He promised that he will transfer us back to Plaza in hotel and good thing he fulfilled his promise. He handled the situtation very well. Kudos to him Special mention to the frontdesk officer named Jonar he is very nice too 👌

My experience as a professional was extremely great right from the reception where was I attended by Ms Jade. She is one of the best customer service executives I have met. She made the process of check in seamless. She understands what a quality means at the Moment of truth which creates a good impression on clients. Then there was Nora the house keeping head . When I told that there was a problem with the hot water kettle in the room , she immediately ran down to personally check and replaced the faulty equipment rather than relying on some maintenance guy to do it. This is what responsiveness in quality means.Then it was the housekeeping boy Mr Saroj who wore the leaders hat and ensured that I don’t have call again for any toiletaries or other stuff. He sensed it and did it Lastly , the breakfast was good wholesome and healthy with a great ambience . This is what defines an excellent hotel. The people and the service that makes u feel valued. There are many so called expensive hotels which don’t deserve to the money to be spent Plaza Inn is a hidden Gem and I hope you have similar experience

Im really happy with this hotel and service. Specially pool guard mr.aashis he is gentleman and always smiling welcome.he is very kind guy. Thank you plaza inn hotel.

First time here they already gave me a free upgrade! Hotel staff is very friendly and funny. The room has 2 tvs and one big living room!
