Check in with a Jade was very convenient. She even upgrade my room to suite. Room is big with living area and a bar, mini fridge with some snacks and drinks to choose from..

So delighte that the reptionist help u to provide and better room for us since we are staying one night thy gave good room thanks jade for the best service next time again

We had our reception ceremony at this hotel, and I must say the management team exceeded all expectations. Min Bahadur was dealing everything so attentively From the very first meeting, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly well,food was so good it was as what we decided everything was handled with such care and perfection.The service was smooth, the timing was perfect, and the coordination between catering, lighting, and seating arrangements was flawless. The food received endless compliments from our guests the chef did the best everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning their Walima or any other special event. They truly made our day unforgettable!
