All food good. Good bar and service. Breakfast supervisor was first class.

Inadequate parking and to charge for reserved parking is poor customer relations. Some traffic noise from busy road so best to ask for a quiet room.

My wife and I celebrated our golden wedding anniversary with a family dinner in a private room. The food was excellent and the service matched the occasion. A truly wonderful full experience.

Fantastic atmosphere and amazing food, the waiting staff are lovely, knowledgeable and so is the food (less knowledgable more lovely).

A beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff right in the middle of Tunbridge Wells. Comfortable beds, lovely clean bathroom with huge bath, the breakfast was amazing. Could not have found a better hotel. We will certainly be back.

A lovely trip to Tunbridge Wells, made even better by a lovely hotel and staff. Really nice room with a comfy bed. The bath and shower items smelt beautiful and were of a really good quality. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel but the menu looked nice so we will be back. We did however have cooked breakfast. The full breakfast was delicious and the perfect portion. We were attended to by a waitress called Chloe who was so friendly and made sure all our needs were met throughout our meal. Nothing was too much of a hassle for her and you could tell she was passionate about her job! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family for the future.

We booked afternoon tea with friends celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary I have nothing to complain about we where seated overlooking the gardens very attentive waiting staff and the afternoon tea was lovely and fresh . We where asked if we would like water for the table and when it arrived was in the spring neck bottles no labels so we drank that bottle and then the waitress brought up another We finished and got up from the table as we had paid in Wowcher deal that was it as far as we was concerned as we went to leave we was called back telling us we hadn’t paid for the water Tap Water 2 Bottles £10 ???? If that had been bottled water surely it would of come in the proper bottle and had been opened at the table with a label on it So my tip is don’t have water with your food
