"Wonderful, very clean very quiet and very accommodating"

From the second, we walked through the door the front desk staff was so welcoming and nice. It was beautiful. They explained everything to us, and I was on crutches due to a broken ankle which they were very accommodating to me. I was up here with a softball group. I highly recommend the Hyatt house and will stay here every time we have to come up for these tournaments. The ladies at the breakfast were so nice and accommodating, and the breakfast included was amazing for more than I ever expected. We sat at the bar after a long day of tournaments and the bartender and everyone around was just so pleasant and enjoyable.

"Hyatt Hidden Among Nature"

I had a One Bedroom Suite with double beds. I couldn't believe how spacious were the rooms! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They do not have an airport shuttle, however, they do have a shuttle to take you in a 5 mile radius.

We loved the view, location and room itself. The shower and water pressure was superb.

The ceiling and corners in bathroom were discolored and cracking.

"Rude staff, unnecessary $50 charge for checking at 1pm even with status."

This hotel is practically empty, and I have status with Hyatt but they charged me $50 to check in at 1pm. Don’t recommend staying here. Staff are rude and unaccommodating. Plenty of better choices of places to stay.

"Comfortable, caring, and clean!"

For the money, this is the best option in the area. Their rates are better than competitors, their rooms are bigger and clean, their staff are friendly and helpful, they have a daily free breakfast as well as coffee available at least throughout the morning. I just feel comfortable and taken care at this property

"Good Hotel, great responsive staff, comfortable, poor Breakfast"

Staff was friendly , polite and helpful.

The provided breakfast was very lacking. The eggs were the worst reconstituted scrambled eggs I've ever had in a hotel. They were inedible. The potatoes were of similar ilk. Sorry, the hotel is otherwise really good but breakfast was awful.

Room was standard. Our stay was during a busy kids sport tournament weekend, and hotel was booked, but common areas were clean and staff was friendly. Water pressure in the shower was weak and warmth was also an issue. This could be due to hotel being full, but other than that, was a nice stay.
