"Stay was so ok, I’m surprised by how subpar it was considering the cost as well as the brand of hotel"

I liked that it was a convenient location.

I didn’t like that the rooms stunk so bad, the linens were not very clean. The door on our bathroom don’t even actually shut closed but there was a lock on it for “looks”

The room was excellent, bed comfortable. We had a very good night's sleep! The front desk staff were very helpful. We needed help with the internet ans they resolved it quickly. Barkeeper was friendly.

My stay at Hyatt House Hartford North/windsor was wonderful. Parking was easy and convenient, hotel was very clean, quiet and rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay again when I am in town.

"November Stay"

Great place to stay. Nice lobby and reception staff is awesome. The business center is easy to access and they have an ATM that is easy to access. Quick access to Uber.
