Malmaison Aberdeen

Lovely location and the room as stylish and very clean. Staff were lovely too. Previously stayed in Malmaison in Glasgow, which was grubby poorly maintained and noisy all night. Aberdeen was completely different in the best way. Will definitely return.

The welcome we received on arrival was exceptional. We were checked in by Amanda, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel valued and that we would genuinely be looked after. As always, the hotel was immaculate throughout. I cannot praise Amanda highly enough—nothing was too much trouble. She even arranged a dinner reservation to accommodate a specific request we had, which was very much appreciated. Amanda’s outstanding service made our stay so enjoyable that we decided to extend it by an extra night—why not! Having stayed at Malmaison hotels across the country for many years, I can honestly say that the Aberdeen hotel stands out as truly exceptional. The outstanding customer service made for a truly memorable experience.

Excellent stay from start to finish. We arrived earlier than check-in time and were able to leave our luggage with reception. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. She carefully tagged our bags and we went out to explore the city. When we returned later in the afternoon to check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been taken up to our room. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a coffee machine, kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets, biscuits, and a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. The room temperature was perfect, and we appreciated being able to adjust it to our preference. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making for a relaxing stay, while still being in a great location—only about a 30-minute walk from the city centre. Overall, an excellent experience with attentive service, thoughtful amenities, and a convenient location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay at this lovely hotel, very welcoming staff, room was a delight and the little touches made our anniversary weekend very special, and the cocktail list is superb... Fantastic SPA treatments were amazing, highly Recommend.. will certainly be back very soon... thank you Malmaison Team...

Love the decor and vibe of a Malmaison hotel. Staff are always great. Beds were firm but comfy, room are spacious, coffee machine very nice addition to room, lovely toiletries included, really good breakfasts, delicious range of cocktails, great bar area, very comfortable.

Bathroom could have smelt nicer! Dinner menu wasn't to our taste and bit pricey so we went elsewhere. Very noisy guests returning drunk at 2.30am woke us, not hotel's fault of course.
