Booked this place months in advance of the Kentucky Derby. Very nice, neat and clean accommodations with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. We received a little "Derby" gift bag at checking with some delicious Bourbon Balls, bottled water and other items. The bagel breakfast bar was well stocked and included fresh fruit and juices, pastries, hard boiled eggplant, cereal, coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t mean to say that I didn’t like the included breakfast but providing something hot along with other things would be a great addition.

The Spark is s great option for a no frills stay. It's clean and the staff seems to always be sweeping, mopping or vacuuming. They provide a bagel bar for breakfast with hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, regular and oatmilk. There is a juice machine as well as the toppings for your bagels. They have an indoor pool and a recently updated gym. There is a free washer and dryer as well. The rooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. In your room you will find a hair dryer, luggage rack and hangers as well as an iron, ironing board and a mini fridge. They have ice makers and water fountains as well in the hallways. The staff always seems to be great with customers and there are a few we have interacted with at this most recent stay. Brandi checked us in and maintained a smile and a great attitude even with a long line. Brittany provided awesome customer service with a smile during our request for a later check out time for Sunday. Ashley assisted with questions during check-out smiling and being friendly during the entire process. During our stay we also interacted with Jas who takes care of the breakfast area and is so friendly and takes care of her area beautifully. She's always making sure the bar is well stocked. Makayla(housekeeping and I hope I spelled her name right) was friendly and took care of us on Sunday morning This is a great option for a clean welcoming stay in Shepardsville

What a great stay! Rooms CLEAN, spacious and COMFORTABLE beds! The pool area was clean with fresh towels. Brandi was a delight and so helpful when I forgot things. I loved that it was right off the expressway and had so many restaurants to choose from. It also had a Walmart close by for things I needed. I will definitely stay here again!

We booked adjoining rooms for my daughter’s 10th birthday with a few of her friends. The rooms are so nice and spacious and everything is so clean! This hotel is near several restaurants also. It’s such a nice place to stay that is centrally located!

I had an amazing stay. Ashley checked me in and was super nice and gave a very warm welcome. Amanda was also super great on helping and made sure I had everything needed. Thank you all for making my stay great. And my room was very nice and clean..

The hotel is fantastic nice and clean. Ashley and Brittany at the front desk are the best aways friendly and welcoming. The house keeper Amanda does a wonderful job at cleaning the rooms there aways clean and smell clean when you walk in. Only downside is the breakfast since it’s just bagels

Stay was nice. Bed are cozy. Staff is friendly. Overall very nice stay!!
