Hotel is amazing. The front desk staff Brittany & Ashley treats me like family so I continue to come back. When I’m here in town driving 9 hours from North Carolina this the hotel I select to spend my 2 to 3 weeks at. Great, clean and beautiful interior rooms. Parking spaces outside are huge and plenty of areas to hang on the first floor for group meetings or just enjoying watching television. Lots of dining in walking distance. One is as soon as you leave the parking lot. This is my 5th time staying here just this year. Oh yeah and washing your clothes on the first floor is free. I love it.

I am very blessed that I found this hotel for my extended stay while in Shepherdsville for work. Everything is clean, fresh, and the entire staff have been amazing! I haven’t leaned all their names yet, but I eventually will, as my stay will last several months,and I anticipate making many friends while here. A very special shout out to two of the most professional, friendly, and helpful front desk employees that I have ever encountered in my many years of travel, and countless nights spent in hotels all over the country….Brittany and Ashley! It is remarkable people, like these two awesome ladies, that are very crucial pieces to the success of a hotel (or any other business) in my opinion, and definitely make me being away from home so much easier and enjoyable! To the Hilton brass….please know that you have something very special with Brittany and Ashley, and you are fortunate to have them as employees.

I spent the last 5 days of my military trip at the Spark by Hilton Shepherdsville and It was great. Thank you, Brittany and Ashley, for the GRRAT customer service and attention to detail. I had issues with the TV, and they sent someone right away. I will come back for sure.

Everything is clean, new and comfortable with great staff especially Britney. Actually the entire staff is phenomenal. The only real down side is that there's no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. You'll have to go downstairs if you want to heat something up. Other than that, this has been a great stay.

Had a really nice stay, very clean and the bedding was so comfortable. Brittany checked us in and she was the sweetest and knowledgeable about everything we needed, she recommended a restaurant nearby and it was delicious. If we come through this area again we would definitely stay here! Would recommend!

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, crisp, new feeling. Well priced, ave breakfast, front desk clerk Brittany is sweetheart. Easy access from highway, many amenities near by. Stopped over on way to Mammoth Caves. Easy parking, large room, comfortable beds.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and bathroom very clean. We would stay here again. This was our first stay at a SPARK branded Hilton hotel. It is definitely no frills which is fine. But in Shepherdsville KY it was the most expensive hotel. I guess we expected a little more for the price. The internet kept going up and down during our stay but that was not the fault of the proprietor

Loved the whole experience! The front desk lady was so welcoming really made me feel like family, Robin. She was friendly and funny helped me pick out some candy from the lil shop and even fixed my broken key card. 10/10 would recommend again!

We really were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern everything was. So fairly priced. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. The front desk agent has her hands full dealing with a false fire alarm at 2am. She stayed calm, cool and collected though it all, to make us all feel the same. I witnessed a very irritated person ,that no matter how many times I heard her apologizing to and try to satisfy, she offered free bottles of water and I even heard your representative tell her she was sure that Hilton would be honoring her points for her inconvenience. Nothing she tried helped. The other guest in my opinion was just unreasonable, rude, loud, obnoxious. Not in my opinion is even the normal guest you have. I didn't hear 1 other guest have 1 bad thing to say only that one . Don't allow others whom are clearly miserable and negative to adjust your employees form of professionalism and welcoming attitudes . Your doing a great job with all your agents. We appreciate all each of your employees did for us and we will return.
