Settecento Hotel

Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist: Ein Perle, liegt abseits. Hotel ist vom Stil her kein "Heimweh- Italia Hotel" sondern top modern für design bewusste Gäste, echt toll wenn man das mag. Restaurant auch designbewusst eingerichtet und Speiseauswahl speziell - aber fein (keine Pizza, Spaghetti-Bolo, etc)

Muy recomendable y cerca de la feria. Inconveniente no tiene opcion de tomar un te o cafe en la habitacion. Hotel muy bonito

Generally good

it is a nice boutique hotel, interesting layout and descent rooms. The decor is nice as well and they have parking in the facility which helps a lot.

Unfortunately, I need to rate this hotel with a 1 because the Wi-Fi did not work. We were there for business and even that we talked with the front desk we were ignored.

The water at the spa was cold

It was cold in the room and at the bar down at the reception! They didn’t provide any help about it! Rooms are little old ! They didn’t provide umbrella, they said we have only for sales !

The appearance of the hotel was modern.

Main restuarant was closed for the duration of our stay, we were not made aware of this at any point either at time of booking or on their website. Indoor bar not open for duration of stay. Only place to get a drink or a lite bite was at the poolside bar. This was semi operational, closed on various occasions with no notice. We had to ask for someone to open this so we could get a drink one afternoon whilst the children used the pool. This was not met well by the staff member. No towels were available at this point & we had to insist for some to be brought to us as this was stated as being available. First evening there when we went to the pool bar for a drink, all tables were riddled with ants, leaving only a lounger to sit on. Came back from a day out at 8pm where we wanted to get the children something to eat by the pool but the bar decided it was not serving food that evening, despite not making guests aware. We therefore had to eat peanuts and crisps in the room for the childrens dinner as the family was too tired to venture back out. We have since complained to the hotel, only to recevie an initial response that because we spent 100 euro (across 5 individuals) at the bar on some drinks over our stay, it proved we enjoyed their facilities. Not a satisfactory reply & we are still seeking a form of compensation for our stay.
