Shocked due to food qty… main dish was very small

This is a little gem nestled within the outskirts of Bergamo. I would 100% recommend to anyone. The hotel is close to main transport links - train and bus - which we used throughout our stay - train station is a 10/15 min walk and bus stops are similar. We were able to visit Lecco and then on to Bellagio and also Citta Alta during the course of our visit and all very easily. The staff could not have been more helpful - very friendly and approachable ready to answer any questions we had, pre holiday and while we were there. Hotel decor was beautiful with art and furniture thoughtfully placed throughout. The photos do not do it justice! The pool and surrounding areas were immaculate and sunbeds (and towels) readily available. These cost EUR5 per bed and we were notified of this when booking. The pool itself was open everyday of our visit and never crowded or noisy. Food at the pool bar was plentiful and delicious with an area to eat during the day/ evening should you wish. Transfers to and from airport (arranged by the hotel) were excellent as was the driver who was just lovely! Rooms were clean and modern with comfortable mattresses and pillows.

Uima-allas oli erittäin hyvä elokuun helteillä. Kuljetuspalvelu toimi lentokentältä ja lentokentälle. Hyvä iso ruokakauppa ihan vieressä.

Super flot hotel, helt nyistandsat med flot kunst overalt, også på værelserne. Vi fik et dejligt stort rum til en familie på 4. Det vendte mod vejen og der var trafikstøj. Dejlig pool med lille bar med mad. Morgenmaden var virkelig god. 12km til lufthavnen, vi fik en stor taxi for 50EUR

1. Bring your earplugs if you want to get a good nights sleep. 2. Rent a car, because the hotel is not near to anything. 3. The hotel offers baby swim classes for people outside the hotel (not guests) 2-3 days out of 7. That means that the pool area is occupied by 8 babies with moms and dads in the pool and the areas surrounding the pool. Babies crying, moms and dads singing babysongs, just a lot of noice. Not at all the quite place they advertised. 4. We got diarrhea every time went in the pool after baby swim. I suspect that the cleaning of the pool is not thorough enough. 5. Loud parties with Dj's at the poolarea. Parties for people from outside the hotel (not guests). It sounded like great fun, with loud music played by a Dj until midnight. This was not a thing the hotel informed us about, not before or during our stay. So stay ready for surprises. 6. If you dare to use the sunbeds, the hotel will add 5 euro pr person pr day you use them. The day before you arrive you will get a message that if you reserve a sunbed, they will charge you 5 euros pr bed. In the booking documents it clearly states that sunbeds are not extra expenses. 7. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear every thing from conversations outside your door. 8. On the positive site: the cleaning was nice and good. 9. The breakfast was good for 15 euro pr person. You can also chose to go next door to the local supermarked and buy a good breakfast for 3.7 euro. Good advise: DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will not get what you paid for. An advice that I wish we had gotten before we booked this hotel.

1. It is nice and clean, and the cleaning personel are very good and do a great work! We did not find bedbugs or cockroaches. 2. Right next door to the hotel, you have a local supermarked. You can go there and get a better breakfast then the one the hotel offers, for less than 4 euro. The hotels breakfast costs 15 euro.

1. Loud parties outside until midnight. We were unvilling passive participant of parties in the garden by the pool. Parties for people from outside the hotel (not guests). It sounded like great fun, with loud music played by a Dj until midnight. This was not a thing the hotel informed us about, not before or during our stay. 2. The rooms are not silent or soundproff as they write. When people talk (normal voices) outside your door, you can hear everything they say. 3. Baby swim lessons 5 out of The 8 days at the pool (not for guests of the hotel). The pool was booked for 45 minutes, but the babys and their moms and dads where occupying the pool areas from 9.00 to 12 o'clock. There where about 8 babies with moms and dads in the pool and the areas surrounding the pool. Babies crying, moms and dads singing babysongs, just a lot of noice. Not at all the quite place they advertised. 4. Health hasard due to not proper cleaning of the pool after baby swim lessons. 5. The sunbeds around the pool are normally prebooked by guests from outside, and therefore cannot be used by guests of the hotel. If you use a spare sunbed (that is not reserved), the hotel will try to get you to pay for using the spare sunbeds when you leave the hotel. Even though it is clearly listed in the documents, that sunbeds are not an extra expense. Only booking or reserving sunbeds cost extra 5 euros pr sunbed you book. If they change that, then remember to put an extra 5 euros pr day pr person on top of what you are paying for the hotel. 6. When we reached out to the reception, they where very impolite and said that that was how it was and we just had to live with the noice from the parties and baby swin lessons. When we asked if we could cancel the rest of our stay and find another hotel. They replied that they would not refund us what we had paid for the not used days. It was clear that they just wanted our money and not happy guests. 7. Rent a car. The hotel is far away from everything.
