Parade Park Bath

Awful room, Small stairs no view as looked out to sea gulls and roof, shared toilet ,shower or bath as didn't look into room to afraid as what I might find!!!, toilet un clean and no soap or drying facility for hands, Would not recommend this for a relaxing over night stay in beautiful Bath.

WiFi didn’t work which was a pain as I had work to do. Also it was very loud at night and the noise didn’t die off until about 3am. Bathroom was shared which wasn’t made explicitly clear when booking. Good location but price was too much for what you got

The overall appearance of the room was not up to standard at all. The carpet looked as though it hadn't had a proper clean in ages. The walls were dirty and desperately needed a coat of paint to freshen things up. I was on the 3rd floor and as I wasn't impressed. I paid the same price for a hotel in Liverpool street the night before and there was absolutely no comparison at all.

The service in reception was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and efficient. A pleasant hotel in an excellent location. Not all the bedrooms have bathrooms. Check when booking.

Great location in Bath and large room. Friendly staff and breakfast was fine. Continental style. Bathroom way too small. Shower was powerful but so small in the cubicle. No parking available. NCP was £17 for 24hrs.Hotel in need of a refurb

A historic building in an absolutely idea location-- nothing fancy, but it suited my needs perfectly.

Booked online, easy check in at front desk. Held my bags before check in. Unaware I needed to provide bank details at check in as if already paid for the room online using my bank card. Linen did not smell fresh, large dead spiders in corners of room. Bin provided was very small considering the room was for 3 people. Only 1 small mirror mounted in bathroom, the bedroom had no mirrors so very difficult to get ready/put makeup on/prepare hair styles. Lighting in the room was particularly dim so had to use main light, bathroom light and one lamp provided, but still quite dim. Bathroom was dated, with cracked tiles in shower, paint chipping from walls, floor had stains and showerhead that was stuck on one setting as the plastic rotator had been broken. Shower gel and hand soap provided. Walls are pretty thin, so can hear other rooms but people were quite respectful and kept volume down especially at 'bedtime'. Staff fairly helpful. Overall for a 3 or 4 night stay where you'll be spending more time out of the room than inside it, then it's worth the stay. Excellent location, close to bath spa station, with cafes, bars, restaurants, parks on your doorstep. Covid precautions taken with hand sanitizer station at entrance and signs to wear masks in shared areas on every floor.

I advise you to remove the chair in Room 6. It's the first thing you see

Hotel was in a very nice spot, close to downtown. Breakfast was decent, boiled eggs and toast and cheese. Room was clean and exactly what we saw in pictures. Would recommend.
