This property is brilliantly located in the city centre but Bath has a problem with seagulls and they start making a noise at 3:30 in the morning .

"A wonderful place to stay in Bath!"

10.0

We had a magical time in Bath, even though we only stayed for one night. Unfortunately there was no hot water in our room (due to a broken pipe), but the manager was able to offer us a discount and a way to take a shower in another part of the B&B, so we were not inconvenienced in any way. The establishment otherwise is lovely, and it is convenient to everything that Bath has to offer (including a 5-minute walk from the train station). I would highly recommend staying here - you won't regret it.

Unfortunately, the birds a very loud ALL NIGHT. It is impossible to sleep at night. It is always a bad sign when the hotel leaves ear plugs on the night stand!

"Perfect Location. "

8.0

Perfect Location. Close, easy parking. Literally less than 1 minute walking distance away from the Roman Baths and Cathedral. Great Breakfast. Good customer service. Older building, but in good shape. Clean. Complete & hot breakfast. Other commenters have complained of noise from pub. This was not an issue. Just basic street sounds that you hear anywhere when you leave a window open.

"Shabby (not chic)"

2.0

Shabby room with rotting windows. The window frame in my 11 year old daughters room was so rotten, we were worried that it may fall out. To keep one window open, we had to prop it with a loo roll. Walls so thin we could hear our neighbours’ conversations which kept us awake. Bathroom was dirty. It was impossible to shave as the mirror was adjacent to the mirror, thus creating a puddle by the loo. Breakfast was poor quality, in a dining room with mould and water damage. Whilst a cheap hotel, you still expect basic standards. Do you visit hotels before putting them on your website?
