Such a friendly hotel , had so much fun , would definitely go back

Very convenient for city centre, trains and buses. Lots oc stairs, good for exercise. Nuce friendly staff noisy people letting doors slam shut at night. On the whole a good stay, thank you.

Rooms need a bit of TLC, headboard needed replacing and matress had a dip on one side but it was very clean and the location and price are excellent. This was my second stay and I would stay again.

When I initially read the reviews, I was a bit nervous about what to expect when I arrived at the hotel. However, when we arrived, I realised you shouldn't always believe what you read on the internet. The service was lovely, very helpful, even let us leave our bags whilst we waited for the room. The room itself was decent, a little bit dated but what can you expect for the price. Everything was clean and tidy and the views from the room were spectacular. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted a short stay in the lovely city of Bath.

Rooms were clean and very adequate. The staff was especially helpful to us during our stay. Location couldn't have been better!

Room was ok but bathroom was really old. Bathroom tub had no curtains and toilet was not in great condition.
