ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נחמדה ,לא יותר. היה בופה רק בסופ השבוע ובימי חול היה מלצר להזמנה. הספא נחמד.

החדר קטן, המקלחת מבאסת, זרם חלש מאד, בלי סבון. לא מעוצב יפה, אלא מאד פשוט.

The pool was great, heated, and very well suited for children. The breakfast was acceptable.

Poor Value for Money and Subpar Standards: The hotel absolutely does not meet five-star standards and certainly doesn't justify the high price. The customer service was poor, and we had to deal with them repeatedly; for example, it took a full hour and several failed attempts to get a mattress topper in the correct size, and the mattresses themselves were uncomfortable. Check-in Issues and "Upgrade" Deception: Right upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded, but in reality, we received a room at a lower standard than what was booked. The initial room lacked a bathtub and a kitchen as shown in the pictures. A matching room was only found after we adamantly refused to move floors with all our luggage. Technical and Operational Failures: We experienced frequent power outages during our stay. Problematic Children's Activities: The children's craft activity was scheduled for a strange time (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and also required an extra fee.

Un hotel muy bueno, la comida excelente y el spa muy completo. Excelente personal, muy atento y cordial. Impecable limpieza. Nos gustó mucho el ambiente, vamos a visitarlo de nuevo.

Pequeños detalles, que pueden mejorar. El restaurante ( a la carte) casi no tiene oferta de comida típica búlgara. Las instalaciones en el spa son pequeños, pero los servicios allá son buenos. Yo personalmente quedé decepcionada, porque no había personal para hacer tratamientos faciales, pero todos tratamientos de cuerpo funcionaban.

הנה ניסוח באנגלית לביקורת שלך: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful — we had an issue with our reservation, and they went above and beyond to assist us. We truly felt how much they cared. The rooms were very comfortable and well-kept. The spa was excellent, the bar was great, and the breakfast was also very good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this hotel!

The only thing we didn’t like was the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, not worth the price, and we wouldn’t recommend it.
