Great and clean SPA area. Polite staff. A lot of thought has gone into children's comfort and activities. Great breakfast with a lot of variety and again children choices.

The "Standard" room we had was old, amortized and not clean. The Air Conditioning was awful and old. In the morning there was awful smoke and smell of "mekitsi" in the room from the hallway as the stairs were open to the kitchen 3 floors below. One early morning even the smoke alarm sounded and we had a scare. I've read somewhere that the Premium rooms ga recently been renovated but haven't checked myself.

There aren't many dining options near the hotel besides the hotel restaurants, which are good but expensive. The staff didn't know to advise regarding trails and attractions in the area

Facilities were excellent, with a water slide and outside pool for the kids, an indoor spa with steam rooms, saunas etc.

The rooms felt a little characterless and dated, but were spacious. The kids club was more suited to toddlers and my 6 year olds were not interested at all. Staff could have been more helpful when trying to organise a babysitter (offered as part of the hotel services) without seemingly any idea of what I was talking about, and being passed between multiple people for days. Eventually, they rectified this by solving the problem and providing the babysitter free of charge, which was a lovely gesture.

Propreté des lieux. Une piscine et un spa magnifique permettant de se ressourcer après une randonnée en montagne. Accueil très agréable. Très bon dîner au restaurant Leonardo.

Mi-au plăcut : amabilitatea personalului , comunicarea rapidă și eficientă prin e-mail cu reprezentanții proprietății , facilitățile, zona de SPA

Nu mi-au plăcut: zona de mic dejun , produsele puse la dispoziție la micul dejun care în opinia mea nu se ridică la standarde de 5 stele. De asemenea, zona exterioară , fațada hotelului necesită renovare.
