Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa by Sea Resorts

C'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel qui était légèrement moins bien que le 1er. Cependant, l'hôtel est toujours aussi beau, la qualité des prestations est toujours au rdv. On a aimé le tea time qui n'était pas présent lors de notre 1er séjour et qui apporte un moment de convivialité. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Le personnel est discret et à l'écoute. Les petites attentions à la plage (serviettes rafraîchissante, ananas).

Les plats du restaurant à la carte n'ont malheureusement quasiment pas changé en 8 mois. Les sollicitations "commerciales" du personnel à la plage et au petit déj. Le manque d'activités sur place.

Un hôtel absolument magnifique ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, attentionné et toujours présent pour rendre le séjour parfait. La carte est excellente, les plats sont savoureux et bien présentés. Et que dire de la plage… juste sublime Un séjour dont on se souvient longtemps. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

This resort is breathtaking. Absolutely stunning location with tropical yet modern feel. The resort is small with boutique luxury making it calm and private. You are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are luxurious and immaculate and serviced twice a day. They are thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities. There are more than enough loungers and umbrellas on the beach and around the pool and we never struggled to find a lounger at any given time. The dinners were superb and the kiddies menu has good variety and sizeable portions. I came across many negative reviews regarding the service in main restaurant and delays with dinner, however our experience was top notch. Our waiter Ryan remembered our preferred drinks and offered same upon our arrival at dinner and our food was never delayed. On Thursday evening there was a buffet style dinner with a selection of sparkling wine and cocktails served with Mauritian canapés whilst a live band performed which added to the authentic island experience. Overall I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. Our son also really enjoyed the kids club and the staff were amazing with keeping the kids entertained.

The breakfast menu and buffet is very limited and may feel a bit repetitive over a longer stay. Perhaps the resort could just consider changing the breakfast buffet up to ensure more variety over the course of a few days.

Location and rooms ( standard rooms). Don’t waste your money on rooms with a pool, they are too small and the pool cleaning staff make noise in the morning, not sure why clean the pool st 6 am.

Staff at the bar and restaurant was slow service, limited food options especially during breakfast. Its no where near 5 star. Rooms were clean on arrival, but they take time to clean during the day and they lack attentiveness when changing towels and replenishing shower gels, changing towels etc. the pool is too small for such a big place.
