Uitzicht kamer, eten was smakeloos en slecht verzorgd, opdringer bediening alleen uit was om meer te spenderen, mismanagement en problemen werden niet goed opgelost zelfs na herhaaldelijk aandringen

Très joli hôtel, pas trop grand. Très grande suite décorée avec goût, de jolis espaces extérieurs. Propose salle de fitness et Kids club gratuit, SPA. Bon emplacement. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel au petit soin, toujours très aimable et serviable.

Manque un peu d’intimité dans la chambre car tout est ouvert. A part le petit déjeuner, les plats sont un peu en dessous de la prestation, notamment les desserts. Par ailleurs, nous avions pris une option supplémentaire pour une soirée censée être Sega, BBQ,… mais déception, le BBQ était bof et aucun musicien/danseurs, aucune ambiance. L’hôtel a cependant fait un geste commercial en dédommagement.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre intimiste et raffiné. Contrairement à certains grands complexes hôteliers que l’on peut trouver à l’Île Maurice, le Sea Diamond offre une véritable expérience de luxe, calme et exclusive, loin des hôtels « usines ». Tout était impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, bien entretenues et équipées. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant, discret et respectueux. Le restaurant est excellent, aussi bien pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner.

Rien de particulier, tout était vraiment à la hauteur.
