Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa by Sea Resorts

Tout était très très beau : la vue, la chambre, la piscine, le restaurant, les espaces communs etc. On était en demi pension et le restaurant était très bon. Le personnel tres gentil

Les coussins sont fort fort épais. Nous avions une suite avec bain à remous mais l’odeur de l’eau nous a dérangé. Une porte ou deux en plus aurait été appréciable pour prendre sa douche

La playa y sus puesta de sol, la habitación era muy funcional, la amabilidad del personal.

الفطور غير متنوع ودخول النحل إلى بوفيه الإفطار، لقد فاتني يومين عشاء مع أنني حاجز ودافع قيمته وعند طلبي التبديل بالغداء لم يتجاوبوا معي على الرغم من وجود منتجعات أخرى لبوا طلبي وتجاوبوا معي لمثل هذه المسألة.

The scenery and the private pool room was very nice.

Our stay at Sea Diamond was extremely disappointing and unfortunately the worst hotel experience we have had, largely due to the attitude of the staff and the way guests were treated. One major issue was the dining setup. Only one restaurant was included, while the other required an additional fee, something that was not made clear at the time of booking. Upon arrival, staff repeatedly pushed us to book the paid restaurant, which would have cost over £100 extra on top of what we had already paid for our package. The included restaurant menu was also very limited and not inclusive for different dietary preferences, leaving us with very few options throughout our stay. The breakfast menu also very limited. The service overall felt unfriendly and abrasive. It was very obvious that staff prioritised guests on all-inclusive packages, while other guests were treated differently. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for us during the holiday. There was also a clear lack of attention to basic hospitality standards. On one occasion, we ordered lunch and drinks, but the food arrived long before the drinks. Salt and pepper were only offered after we had nearly finished eating. Another time, we waited over 10 minutes after being seated just to be offered water, while a couple on an all-inclusive package who arrived at the same time were immediately served wine and starters. We eventually had to ask ourselves just to receive water and drinks. Overall, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests, and we would not return.

No buffet for dinner, very few choices of food on their menu card. Crepes & waffles are charged for tea time
