The location

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They were always giving us wrong information, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. We had to ask the same things many times and still got different answers every time. The worst part is that my husband is celiac and they gave him food with gluten, which is completely unacceptable and very dangerous. They did not take it seriously at all.

Room is spacious and comfortable, bathroom is also spacious, including bath and shower area. Beach is beautiful, soft white sand! Buffet breakfast and all restaurants were serving great food and drinks too! I was travelling alone and felt very safe and welcomed at this hotel, thank you. Would love to return.

I appreciate this is a tropical location but there were lots of ants in the room, some even made their way on to the bed. Hope this will be resolved in the future when the renovations take place.
