"NOT meeting Courtyard standards"

NOT up to Courtyard standards. Some things are ‘updated’ in the rooms and public areas, others are NOT. Wall paper peeling in our room, and cleaning sub par. Room set to 60 degrees when we entered. Come to the area regularly for work. Will not stay again.
