"Raining a new employee allowed service and made having to make multiple trips to the front desk necessary"

The hotel was generally fine however the air conditioning did not work and the room temp was 78 degrees. Also, we needed the pull out couch and there was no bedding. We checked with the front desk and were told there was none available.

Air conditioning unit was very loud and woke me up every time it kicked on through the night. Breakfast not very appealing- didn’t eat. Bananas all brown.
