The staff was friendly and courteous.

The shower wasn’t very clean, or didn’t look very clean. There was a fairly loud hum at the front half of the room for hours at a time.

This hotel charged me TWICE for my stay and it’s been over a week without a refund! I’m owed $645 to date. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. No manager… just all around the worst experience for any hotel I’ve ever had!
