Central location, clean, front desk staff brilliant.

Bit noisy as close to a bar but not a real problem as such. Toiletries were not replaced regularly. Breakfast was ok but limited selection The guy that prepared the breakfast wasn't particularly engaging!

Loved the location. Reasonable price given the location and time of year (Feb). Room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I don't think there's a bad room in the place. The pool was clean and warm. Victor was very helpful.

No on-site parking, though we were able to park across the street in a private lot for $20 day. Breakfast was good, but they decide what breakfast will be instead of cooking what you want (they provide 2 options if you don't want what they're serving that day). Breakfast staff was ok. My wife and I had breakfast there our first day, but elected to eat at Moon Dog the next day (which was excellent).

The location is great . It’s a small property but over all well kept. The downfall is the Green Parrot bar is just two doors down and creates a lot of late night noise. The front office people were amazing.

The “cook” who made the complimentary breakfast, had a really angry disposition. He was extremely burdened by every task, and was just down right rude.
